Premier Switzerland is a static guide. It does not ask for accounts, payments, or personal trip details, and it does not build audience profiles.
Site operation
Cloudflare serves and protects the site. The Stay22 LetMeAllez loader is not active on any current route; pages with direct booking-provider links are explicitly excluded from it.

Data controller and supervisory authority
The controller of personal data processed through this website is the sole proprietorship Iraklis Mantis (IRAKLIS MANTIS TOU DIMITRIOU), trading as EL Premier — Zygomalli 5, Ioannina 45332, Greece. VAT ID EL113061415. GEMI 135702029000. For privacy matters you may contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA, dpa.gr), the supervisory authority in Greece. If you are in the EU/EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.
What this site processes
Cloudflare processes standard request and security metadata such as IP address, requested URL, device and browser information, timestamps, and security signals so it can deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures. We rely on our legitimate interests in keeping the website available and secure. SeeCloudflare's privacy policy for its processing and retention terms.
This website has no account, checkout, trip-planning form, or newsletter. It does not store an analytics preference in your browser. If you email the support address, we process your email address, message, and any information you choose to include so we can answer, investigate a correction, and keep necessary business records.
Cookie-free affiliate measurement
On pages with sponsored controls, a first-party measurement endpoint records one eligible view when a control is at least 50% visible and one first click. The event contains the site, page path, locale, named provider, placement, campaign and destination host. It contains no account, cookie, browser-storage identifier, booking, payment or full destination URL. The client honours Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track and omits browser credentials. These events show only exposure and outbound interaction; they do not prove a booking or revenue.
Stay22 integration status
The Stay22 LetMeAllez integration is configured but has no eligible live route, so this site does not currently load its script. The localized Jungfrau accommodation guides use static Stay22 Allez links, so the loader remains disabled on those pages to avoid conflicting attribution. If that status changes, this notice will be updated before the loader is enabled. Stay22's own terms remain available in itsprivacy policy.
Affiliate links
Some pages carry clearly marked sponsored links through Stay22, GetYourGuide, and Viator. Following a sponsored link sends you to a third-party service, which may process identifiers, cookies, booking details, and attribution data under its own privacy notice. Premier Switzerland does not receive your card details or manage the resulting booking.
Retention, transfers, and your rights
We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to answer it, maintain an evidence trail for a correction, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute. Cloudflare and booking providers apply their own retention schedules and may process data outside the EU/EEA with the safeguards stated in their notices.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an explanation of processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Send requests to the support address shown on thesupport page. Requests about data held only by a booking provider should also be sent directly to that provider.
